東方封魔録Demon-Sealing Record ~ the Story of Eastern Wonderland

Story of Eastern Wonderland is the 2nd game in the Touhou Project series. It was released in 1997 alongside Highly Responsive to Prayers. It is also the first game in the series to be a bullet hell-game. The game also introduces Marisa Kirisame, the deuteragonist of the series.

The game has 5 stages compared to the usual 6 stages that the other games in the series have, and is the first game to have an Extra stage.

The story revolves around Reimu finding the Hakurei Shrine overrun by ghosts and Youkai. She then flies off on the back of her turtle Genjii to seek out the source of the invasion.
